Comscentre recognizes that voice communications is the lifeblood of many organizations, and any downtime causes severe disruptions to normal business operations.
If the voice lines fail for any reason, Comscentre is able to provide an optional backup solution to customers so voice services are continued whilst the primary service is rectified. Inbound and Outbound calls are re-directed via your business’s Internet connection to an alternate voice gateway, so staff can continue using the phone system to make and receive calls.
Likewise, if your Internet connection fails, and cannot be restored in a timely matter for unforeseen circumstances, Coms Centre can route Internet traffic via the voice lines.
This is only possible with ISDN connections greater than 10 lines, and will attract additional carrier expenses.
